Group Visitor Packages

As part of the Association of James Braid Courses our Muir of Ord Golf Club is delighted to host many visitors who are following the trail of this legendary golf course architect.

We also attract many golfers who are drawn to tour the popular, spectacular North Coast 500 route, as well as holiday-makers from all over the UK, Europe and, indeed, the world, who come to explore the wonders of the Scottish Highlands of which golf, of course, is one of the attractions.

We enjoy meeting them all, and are happy to put together group packages for visiting golfers at special rates. Currently we offer:

  • The Ord Package – 18 holes with soup and sandwiches
  • The Ben Wyvis Package – Breakfast rolls & Beverage, 18 holes and a one course meal
  • The James Braid Package – Breakfast rolls & beverage, 18 holes and a two-course meal

For current prices, or to discuss a bespoke package for your particular group, contact our Club Manager.

Make Golfing Memories

Individual visiting golfers are welcome at the Club any day of the week. If you don’t have golf clubs with you, you can rent some from us, along with buggies and trolleys as required. There are usually members about who will be happy to play a round with you and point out the fine features of our golf course.

You can make use of our clubhouse facilities, including the bar and restaurant, and are welcome to enter our open competitions.

There are many places to explore in the area, particularly on the Black Isle, like the nearby Glen Ord Distillery, so it is worth staying around for as long as you can. We can help advise you with finding suitable accommodation in the area and if you spend some time in the Clubhouse you’ll get plenty of suggestions for things to do and see from the locals.

Muir of Ord is the place to make golfing memories and enjoy a Highland golfing experience like no other.
